Mako Paddle Club today announced Club Jervis Bay as our Major Sponsor, in a deal that will see Australia’s newest dragon boat club launch its 2021/22 campaign with eyes on the 2022 National Dragon Boat titles in Adelaide.
The announcement marks another leap forward for the club that started in late 2019 and has managed to grow to a membership of over fifty through the Covid-19 pandemic. With promising results in NSW and ACT regattas already, the future is bright for a club that started with two members in late 2019.
“Club Jervis Bay has a long history of supporting the community and we look forward to supporting Mako Paddle Club in their plans to take on the best paddlers in State and National regattas across 2011-22,” said Club Jervis Bay CEO John West
